In accordance with the Bond Terms for Oslofjord Holding AS FRN senior secured NOK 900,000,000 bonds 2025/2030 (ISIN NO0013410423), Oslofjord Holding will publish its financial reports online.

Oslofjord Holding will publish quarterly interim reports, compliance certificates, and covenant calculations in accordance with the timelines outlined in the Bond Terms.

Oslofjord Holding is committed to transparent and timely communication with its bondholders. In the event of any delay, notification will be given in advance, and the Issuer will seek to utilize the grace period provided under the Bond Terms if necessary.
